It is our privilege to inform and invite you to the 2015 Kukkiwon International Cup & Washington D.C. Tae Kwon Do Open.

The championship this year will be at the Dulles Expo Center 4320 Chantilly Shopping Center, Chantilly, VA 20151, on November 7th, 2015. Our goal is to inspire youth through the beauty of martial arts and to have a celebration of teamwork, character and quality sportsmanship.

Tae Kwon Do is not only an Olympic sport but also the second most practiced sport in the world, giving hundreds of thousands of youth the opportunity to excercise to excercise in a safe, structured environment, while building critical life skills such as confidence, discipline and courage.

With the Kukkiwon International Cup & Washington D.C. Tae Kwon Do Open, we will showcase the diversity and accessibility of Tae Kwon Do to practitioners of all backgounds and abilities.

The Kukkiwon International Cup & Washington D.C. Tae Kwon Do Open, we will be a high quality tournament style competition, with numerous belts, age and weight levels for competitors. Due to our focus and determination towards teamwork and social skill building, additional to the traditional solo participant categories provided for at most championships, we will be adding group and team competitions for the participants as well, giving schools the chance to truly compete together and build their relationships from within.

As we will be welcoming participants from across the country and internationally, we will also be assisting in arrangements for visiting our nation's Capital and attractions in the Northern Virginia area.
